 Met Ming again todayyy.. We hang out pretty well for two people who lost touch for years. We went and registered for basic and final theory at a driving centre!!! First step of getting a driver's license taken:) Im pretty stressed out about it though! Like I would for any small little test. Hungry us walked around Joo Chiat in search of good food but a lot of cafes were closed on Mondays. Hence we just ended up walking a lot. Never go cafe hopping on a monday. Just had Tim Ho Wan with her mom for dinner and I now understand what the rave was about. The dim sum are all really fresh!! Like every prawn is so so fresh. I dislike prawn dim sums and I NEVER take hau kau at dim sums but I really enjoyed them today. Meeting Reens and Faith tmr wheeeeee~

On another note, I am really missing the sun, sand and sea at Bintan. Like yeah it's really hot in Singapore too but even the sunrise is prettier there.

d'good cafe

 Had lunch with Faith at d'good cafe on wednesday before looking for Reena at work and I really enjoyed the food so much. I would always discount my expectations on the food itself if the place and ambience could make up for it but I didn't have to this time. Also, cutest latte art so far. Had dim sum/ cheng teng/ fried sweet potato ball/ popiah/ egg tart with aunt today!! Its always an eating spree with her, not like I mind it:)

Met up with Abbi today!! And we were so embarrassingly matchy HAHA Had korean food at Big Mama before heading to town and nothing puts me in a better mood than authentic korean food. Also, the results came out today! And I am so so happy that I made an improvement from semester one. I am truly so happy I can't even. Meeting Faith and Reens tomorrow hehe..

We had such a good time at Bintan!!!!! It was as relaxing as it looked except doing the jump shots haha kidding, that was so fun too..Caught the sunrise this morning and it was as breathtaking as when we were there many years back. While snapping pictures there, a japanese lady jogging up and down the beach stopped and offered to take one for us. She was so friendly and explained with difficulty that one picture's lighting focused on the view the other focused on us before she left smiling. If anything, this touched us + changed my perception of japanese women by a little (they can be so helpful). I've never really stepped up to offer to take pictures for someone the many times I wanted to. I really should the next time. 

Really amazing time there and I'm so looking forward to going back there with you mommy! To our same go-to sun bed there.
